We offer a 3-day Paid trial because of that as a client you can test our channels and make sure we have channels that you need and 100% happy with our channel list, so before buying please take advantage of 3 day Paid trial. We sell digitally downloadable services all of which come with a demo. Please do your test on the demo of the product to understand the functionalities before purchasing our other subscriptions. Because of the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds aren’t possible once the files have been delivered to you immediately after your purchase, except under extraordinary situations. If our server down and we can bring it back within a week we will refund. In this situation, we will process the refund as soon as possible. But depends on our payment system or the method that you use to purchase it can take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

We do issue refunds for every products we sell on this website upon request some conditions apply:

Fully refunded if we haven’t sent activation email or did not mailed out product yet upon your request.
But once order is processed and we have sent activation email to you then 30% of purchase amount is a processing fee which is non refundable. 70% of amount will refund according to uses.
First and month in use is none refundable! partially refunded minus first and month in use of subscription.
For example if you bought 12 months and used 2 months 3 days 9 months are refunded upon your request.
If IPTV got blocked in your country remaining subscription is not refundable.
we do not own any server or streaming if server goes down remaning subscription and down time is none refundable.
Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
